Any member in good standing in the Society may make application for Junior Membership on behalf of any person under eighteen (18) years of age who is related to a present or past member of the State Society by blood through the line of descent by which such member was approved for Society membership. Such application must be approved and accepted by the Board of Assistants. The following documents must be included with the application:
1. A copy of the Applicant's state-issued long form birth certificate.
2. Copies of the parents’ state issued long form birth and marriage certificates.
